You can not bombard them yet. They are not fighting in any current system we have access to. Um.. not sure how close to the NDA this will be, but they all fight in a jove system. So you can;t even get there to bombard them if that was an option. S...

I'm looking for a good cruiser to be used in PVP. I'm about to train the min Cruiser skill but want to know if i should trail Caldari instead. I'll be mostly team combating with a BB so was wonder which ship is better, the Rupture or the Caracal. ...
