Needs: Covops 5, all astrometrics (scanning) skills 5. Yeah, kind of rare but those are requirements. Minmatar or Amarr, but Minmatar strongly preferred. Bomber skills a plus, I'll pay for them. Support/Nav/fitting skills should go without saying....
