i think the server is down for 2hours today instead of one.. try again at 1 oclock (GMT) it should be up by then

thanks for the suggestions... as soon as todays downtime has finished ill try it out. i just hope nothing has been lost cause i havent found out how to insure my character yet and dont want to loose me 1mil skill points :(
