Edited by: Cyphersphere on 13/12/2004 08:35:38 I have the same prob, with the same card. Tried Powerstrip and messed with all of the video settings, all the way down to lowest color depth ,and still couldn't go over 5 fps... but in full screen...

I agree with Heelay on this one as well. I have seen some ships being held down by smaller ships. LIke with sensor strength, the smaller ships have less than a cruiser which has less than a BS. It would require a ship to have more scrambler mod's ...
