Thats the PE formula I use: =round down[(Basebuildtime*(1-(0.2*(PELvl/(1+PELvl)))))*(1-IndustryLvl*0,04))] So far it works perfect for T1 BPO's, tho no idea if it also works for T2 and Capital BPO's.
