while it may be true that the tracking penalty only effects the gun that it is loaded into, the speed penalty is horrible. -15% to a wolf per gun loaded = dropping speed from 400m/s to 200m/s. at close range, it kind of gives a reason not to use...

crellion, probably because a warp scrambler or disruptor stops you going anywhere while a web only slows you down. projectiles have been screwed in this patch, so 1 upside doesnt seem so bad does it. Deros
