Best bet - one of you trains up social skills to lvl 5, and both chip in for the military, or political connection etc skills for that person. Then he can accept the missions, and you just help him. He then gives you a cut of the mission reward ...

i find a bs and an assualt frig works well. bs tanks and takes on big ships,and webs the tough frigs (eg 30k ones) af pretty much insta ganks the frigs then, and has good enough cap to be pretty much permanent heavy nos'd by the bs
