The poster above is more or less correct - except that the efficiency % is the max you can get (inlcuding skills) it's not the base So small refinery is very inefficient for anything but ice - ice is 100% efficient

There are plenty of industrials with two high slots The scan probe launcher - if I remember correctly - doesn't count as a "launcher" you can fit it on any high slot

I use the lab from a corp office in a system station so I assume you have to put them in the lab if there is no station nearby but I have not tried this. The plus point of the labs is the reduction in time for research (0.75 multiplier) so for s...
