do you have some nice graphs about the disconnect probability per isp to share? an other option might be to offer a normal ssl secured connection on port 443 in the future (unless some isp enforce timeouts there as well)

nice improvement :) is that SinglecastByClientID full CPU usage or more network delay while pushing the updates to the proxies? are the GUI guys also using the profiler now? (the overview window in large fleets needs some love)

I would try to get the load balancing for the cluster improved, so solar systems can be migrated in realtime which would result in not high loaded systems getting pushed away from a stressed node.
