6x launchers or go home above poster's fit is good. for assault/hq sites I'd add a 2nd invuln. an AB is nice but not required, Tengu is generally quick and agile. and yeah.. use scourge.

You're not the first to come up with a similar idea. The only real solution I think is to make local chat delayed, as such you won't even see cloakers in local. Once that happens people can live in ignorant bliss. Sovereignty upgrades are interes...
