Had the same problem myself. Petitioned it and got the mission reset. Didn't get the Human Cattle, but I managed to get on with the missions without taking a hit on the standings

Hi! Just thought I'd seek some advice about wich BS to go for. After RMR I've seen peeps thrashing the Tempest for not dealing enough DPS'n all that. Is it nerfed(?) to the point that it would pay to do, lets say Caldari BS instead? Know I'd hvae ...
