Ira Theos wrote: Personally, I would prefer that CCP structure the game in such a way that new forces were encouraged to form in HighSec and assault the establishment powerbases of Zero. Unfortunately that can't happen under current mechanic...

3. EvE on a netbook - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
This isn't a problem, but it's hardware related and I thought interesting. I have an HP netbook model DM1, which has an AMD processor in it, and only 1.6ghz but also has AMD Vision graphics. This system cost $425 new last spring, I saw a similar ...

4. Isn't it time for CONCORD to re-draw their map? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I don't think 'some' fluidity is worth much. If this is to be far reaching it has to be a LOT of fluidity. As for the Goon's playstyle, that's up to them, but I'd bet they and the other large alliances would adapt fine and still be the powers that...

7. No game can compete with EvE - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Old friends brought me back, the game itself is great, but the competition is getting better all the time and is getting better, faster. EvE should run hard to stay ahead.

8. The Y chromosome - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
No, I'm at work which is full of interruptions. So I'll continue this when I get home tonight, but I wanted to start it because I think it's important, and gives a direction for CCP to help dig itself out of the hole it's made.

9. The Y chromosome - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I just came back to Eve after 18 months. I played both Rift and WoW while gone since they don't require anything like the commitment Eve requires and I had friends in the game. It's so refreshing to get back to Eve, where everyone's your enemy. (j...
