So my buddies and I have been curious about how well then can tank a tower in high-sec, but they are in a different corp. Would them stealing from a can allow me to shoot at them from the tower with no ill effects from Concorde?

I put a BPO to copy in the POS, and when it was finished and delivered, I don't see the BPC anywhere. Most logical place to look at would be the division hanger I had it delivered to, but it is NOT there.
