The parts he didnt include was: Victim: Iamruss Alliance: Corp: Destroyed: Raven System: B-VIP9 Security: 0.0 It occured in 0.0 so it is not "pirating".That was my point.And yes -V- pilots do ransom time to time,especially while camping gates.
