Just out of curiosity, have you actually seen what a few stealth bombers can do to a battleship or battle cruiser in a matter of seconds? They aren't made to fight frigates period. They're meant to drop in quick on someone either by sneaking up on...

5. Gas Cloud Harvesting - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I would do it in either a myrm or a hurricane. Plenty of lows for cargo expanders, can fit the turrets and cloak. Then do your probing in a cov ops. Gas mining is boring though, and you're at least in low sec so you have to keep your eyes on loc...
