with stakes this high, you might wanna hire a 3rd party to escrow the isk ..... 'just trust me' works for alot of lotteries, but im not sure even highrollers will send billions to an alt of an unknown person anyway, 100mil is just out of my range...

what is combat logistics about this? :o the ship has pretty nice bonusses to remote armor reps, maybe try to fit 1 or 2 of those? With half decent skills you can stay 30+ km out of the fight and repair your friends. Maybe fit some other support ...
