you can get a implant from a internal security agent, it has just taken me roughly 1500 - 2000 missions between implants.

best bet is to do a couple missions with another agent in same corp then wait for down time and log back in and im pretty sure ur agent will give u a implant mission right off the bat. it happened to me 2 days in a row.

lvl 3 agents have now become lvl 4, dont you notice the added difficulty to the kill missions. they should of just placed the lvl 4 tag on the lvl 3's

im a noob character, tomorrow will make me 3 weeks old. I do lvl 3 agent missions. before the patch I had my skills built just enuff to do the theif missions and such. was very hard though but after the patch aint no way i can do the kill missions...
