1. Citadel timers - is three strictly neccesary? - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Example: The Blood Raider shipyard Sotiyo. It has a shield reinforce timer which for *fluff* reasons (not connected to Upwell network etc etc) is the only one. Conceptually then, it's quite a nice and 'clean' mechanic in that sense - once you've...

2. Sticky:[June] Fighter Damage Reduction - in Upcoming Feature and Change Feedback Center [original thread]
Add a re-spawn cool-down to anomalies, which doesn't have a fixed duration: As NPC losses begin to scale up in a system/constellation over a period of time (measured over 24 hours?), so does the duration of the cool-down. This could keep scaling...

7. Sticky:[MAY] Blood Raider Capitals - in Upcoming Feature and Change Feedback Center [original thread]
'Corpse bay' seems pretty silly to be honest, serves no actual purpose, and from a fluff perspective who the hell builds a warship with a totally pointless space?

8. Sticky:Dev blog: Introducing Upwell Refineries - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I'm not sure opening up the limits to 'per character' basis is the best move. The neat thing about reactions today, is the depth of planning and complexity you can chose to go to, not simply a case of smashing in N+1 alts. Also still not sure how...

10. Sticky:Dev blog: Introducing Upwell Refineries - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
Curious as to how it's going to work with all the 'crap' materials, the silicates, atmospheric gases etc, that underpin reactions - are people going to want to mine those? or will they be just contained in lots of the ore types from the moon crust...

P.s referring back to the 'Cruiser v Titan' bump scenario; if you work it out for the Omen, it is approx 320,000 tonnes vs 11.83 billion tonnes.... ....i.e. like a small animal vs an 18 wheeler.... or a small yacht vs a tanker ....
