1. My thoughts about eve. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
What if skills made you better at stuff for each SP you train? So you would constantly improve your skills in small steps while it is training, and not only by 5 big steps like it is now. Like "-you have trained this skill a couple of hours longer...

2. My thoughts about eve. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Originally by: February Star I think the point that's being made is that for skills that take so long to train it can be disheartening to spend so long without any perceived reward. The reward is to play the game and do the stuff you...

3. My thoughts about eve. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Lowering the training time a bit if you actually use the skill sounds to me like a great idea. If I understand it correctly, some of you don't actually play the game while you train skills?? You actually wait for the skills you want to finish tra...

4. My thoughts about eve. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
The missions really needs more variation. At times I have gotten the same mission 3 times in a row. Not very exciting. About skill training time, Im indecisive. I don't want it to be too easy to get a specific skill to lvl5 but at the same time I...

5. "Corpse" Recovery - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
If you added cargo-container in your overview settings and dont see it when you are in the same area where you died the container is unfortunatly gone. Either it blew up or someone else took it.

I just don't see the purpose in posting in a specific game's official forum stating you don't like the game in question. It's not like he suggest any improvements he just dizz the whole concept of the game And if he didn't expect people to argu ...

Originally by: Dhavos Well I have fun when I have competition. Ofcourse I have plans how to play, what to get. It is obvious but propably not to some real simple people. If it is online game I think it should be focused on copetition betwe...

Some people need others to set goals for them. To set one for themslefves is totaly strange to them and they can't even grasp the concept. Its like IRL. Nothing strange about that.

11. Ebay and EVE - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
To me buying ISK and stuff from eBay is like playing a single-player game with god-mode on. For those who want that go right ahead and risk beeing permanently banned, it's up to you. But I just don't understand WHY you would want that!

12. Drawback to learning too many skills? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Edited by: Gibbah on 30/09/2005 10:07:01 No, other skills wont take longer to train just because you have some skills at level5. There is no penalty in training skills at all.

18. Mining or agent running? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Thanks for your replys. By the way, how do miners work with the cargo-containers you allways see in asteroid-belts? Do they mine with a smaller ship and place the ore in containers and then return with a bigger ship like Badger and pick them up?

Im pretty new (3weeks or so) and have so far earn my living by doing missions. I now get around 40-60.000 ISK in payment per mission, but Im wondering what I would make if I bought a Badger and mined for example Scordite instead. How much can I ma...
