1. Fitting a Badger MKII for Courier - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Wet Ferret I'd suggest 2 warp core stabilizers and an inertial stabilizer. The reason for the inertial stabilizer is that fitting a single one can drastically improve your align time. But you really need warp stabs as well ...

2. Fitting a Badger MKII for Courier - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Firkragg Warp core stabs + inertial stabs. You need a mix. How do the Warp Core stabilizers work? Is it one for every jammer? Basically, how many would i have to equip to avoid an average Pirate setup -- or would it jus...

3. Fitting a Badger MKII for Courier - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Lots of reads, but no replies -- so here's a bump. Found this on another thread, different ship but same idea: Quote: I don't fly the Iteron, but this is what I use for a Mammoth [Mammoth] Damage Control II Local Hull Conversion Inertial ...

4. Fitting a Badger MKII for Courier - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Hey, just looking for some advice to fitting a Badger MKII for all-around courier/transport use. Ideally, I'd like a setup that lets me handle a mixed bag problems and would let me enter Low(er) sec without being insta-gibbed (yeah, I know I'll ne...

5. Super Nova Enterprises now hiring for 6 good miners.............. - in Alliance and Corporation Recruitment Center [original thread]
I'm fairly new to the game, but I'm progressed enough to own an Industrial ship. I wouldn't mind joining a corp, send me a mail sometime in game if you don't mind working with a newer player.

6. What Can I Use Probes for? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Hmm, this doesn't sound nearly as interesting as I thought it would be. Probes seem to have a one-dimensional use. I remember reading a short story on the main website here about a pirate who riddled a miner with all sorts of scanning devices, an...

7. What Can I Use Probes for? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Are they just for exploration, or can you do something like...send a probe into an asteroid belt, find out that a container is sitting there, warp in and steal the poor miner's goods? 'Cause that sounds like a good deal of fun. Or on the flip sid...

Originally by: Sakura Nihil One random comment here, you can manually pilot your ship. Its especially useful for the smaller and faster ships where transversal and distance from target is life. Double-clicking in space makes your ship go ...

9. I'm New - How Does Combat Work? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Originally by: slaminen I agree about the tutorial. It tells something about everything but never much about a single subject. It's sort of lacking, i've had many friends try out the game, not many have stuck for longer than few days, but ...

10. I'm New - How Does Combat Work? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Originally by: Sandeep Civilian weapons do not require ammo. Clicking the turret when it is active turns it off. Ah, well, that explains it even better then. Thanks.

Originally by: Sandeep You did several things wrong. Calm down and figure out. And stop doing combat so close to roids. NOTE: ALL guns auto-reload if you have ammo in your cargo. Eh, I was just describing my introduction to the comba...

Ok, cool, thanks for all the great replies! This combat system is really starting to intrigue me now. I like all the variables you have to keep in mind. Definately have a better idea of what one is supposed to be doing out there now.

15. I'm New - How Does Combat Work? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Ah, now I am begining to see how this works. The Capital ship analogy works really well, thanks for that. So once you click on a target and "lock" it, your guns will automatically fire by themselves? Your job then is to maintain the proper distan...
