Agreed. However. I am specialised 100% in ships for my race. Thhat only means hoever that i ahve 3-4 mil sp in battleship specific skills, large guns and bs5. And that maxd. No player wipe is needed for these changes. Pls implment these suggest...

Well think of it this way, we empire dwelers at the beginning had to scrape around for a week for our first cruisers, and when u saw a bship we were very excited and in awe of the tycoon who ownd it,,, Now cruisers u can get in the first few days...
