IME L4 missions against Amarr are the best. They come from the Amarr BS mostly. On a typical mission, such as In the Midst of Deadspace I'll pick up 20 or more. the best I've seen from one mission has been 32. Sansha and Blood missions rarely drop...

When you only get money as the basic reward, you typically get a hefty standings increase. IN the best case I've had, my Thukker Mix standing went from 2.5 to 6.8 in one jump! Mostly it seems to be about a 0.5 to 0.8 standings increase.

Rogue Slave Traders only has 2 parts for level 3. The first section of the second part has 8x 50 Omber asteroids, 6x 90K veld and about a dozen 25K scordite. Part 3 of the 4 part The Uprising (Level 3) has 9x 50K omber asteroids.
