Actualy only Gal space is in REAL bad shape when it comes to mining. Your most Veld roids don't have more then 25k units in it. Even Cal space has Pyro roids with 25k in them....and their Veld is over 60k.

Yes you want to see roidless belts, go to Gal space. Even have a few roidless systems. The casual miners have been pushed deep into the other empire's space. Thats 16 jumps one way to get the ore/mins back to where they'll be useing it.

The main point here is that the consumption rate that the cap ships have on the current resources. Note the lack of sell orders on the low end mins even though they are being consumed at such a high rate? Yeah those ships have such high production...
