Should not matter if you fly AP on SiSi, as rules state the only place unconsented combat is allowed only at FFA's....any unconsented combat anywhere else in "ANY" system is a bannable offence on SiSi!!

No...if you had 10mil sp on one char...it's because you had 5mil sp in learning skills that were reimbursed...and you had a skill training at the time the patch was made to SiSi...that was a test thing they asked for...you got another 5mil for tha...
