A better way would be to pay bounty per destroyed ISK. So that you can say "I'll pay everyone that destroys 2k of the target's property (insurance value) 1k, up to a maximum of 10m isk total bounty"

NO. Utter failure. The tip of the ice berg: 1) Nothing besides skill training is ever based on primary attributes 2) Doesn't work with the market 3) Completely and utterly destroys any intel based on ship type.

This is also very nice for AB's and MWD's. In these cases, I would even opt for inta-deactivating a module, even if it still uses up cap for the whole cycle.

The most important term in the OP's post is "turn based strategy", ie. taking the randomness out of lag and giving everyone an equal chance to give commands. /me as a dev would definitely consider it, as long as you can approximate combat mechanic...

Yeah, give us customizable weights for the pathfinder. That way I can circumvent Amarr and Caldari Hisec and still get routes shorter than 10000 Jumps from Amamake to Molden Heath.
