The better the quality , the better the rewards and bonuses, once you get your standing up to that agent. Keep in mind though , the lower sec rating of the system the agent is located in, the better the rewards also, so if the +6 agent is in a 0....

The rorqual does not get a mining drone yield bonus like the other tech 1 ships do. It gets damage only , if you read the descriptions on the drone boats they get damage, hp AND mining drone yield. Rorqual only gets damage and hp.
