One remark: doesnt deadspace (missions/complexes) make your ship and your drones much harder to scan? Or do drones still make you lighting up like an x-mas tree?

varies wildly. The first expedition ever i got, netted me almost 1 billion worth of faction loot (i was extremely lucky in the final drop). So generally escalations are worth doing, so a shame you couldnt complete it. krets.
