so if a tower is in, say, highsec.... and someone flies near your tower... your guns can pop the intruder with no repurcussions? even in empire?

8. Benefit of placing POS's in certain sec status? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Is there a benefit to placing a POS in .5, as opposed to .6 or .7? Concord will save your butt in all of them. And also... faction standing 5 = can anchor in .5, 6 = can anchor in .6 etc??? up to .7?

Is there anyway to lower the time/material modifier when you manufacture something at the station? Or is it always 1.0.
