Uh, I don't see how that will "stabilize" the prices, but okay. If the demand for PLEX is the same and they're limiting the supply of them, the price is going to continue to rise. Unless we count their "scare tactic" advert as curving the demand, ...

Is anyone else having issues buying PLEX? I've tried with multiple VISA cards and I keep getting the "Purchase unsuccessful. Please try again later" error. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?
