As it is now you almost have to fly a bs to go hunting in less secure space, let alone 0.0 space. So there is little benefit in speacializing in a smaller vessel as to get the better mods you have to go into .0 and therefore have to fly a bs. If ...

With all the changes I have seen in EVE lately it has become pretty obvious to me that CCP wants (small) fleets of multiple ship-types to roam space. Now lets say you enter a belt with such a group... and some npc's spawn (it happens you know). E...
