still got the same problem. anybody can help me? i tried reinstalling, copying the prefs.ini file everywhere, and no luck. settings do not get modified whatsoever.

yes, it is the correct one, i am not running the "/end /LUA:OFF" thing since it does nothing good for me. the prefs.ini is on "My documents/EVE/cache/prefs.ini"
