I suggest that the waiting/stasis period for leaving a corp after removing roles be modified so the CEO can override,and allow someone to leave.\ Benefits: 1. Less inconvenience 2. Idiots can be kicked out of a corp quickly

I never suggested grinding. I just think it's absurd that using a skill doesn't contribute toward that skill. I hate "that type of game" too. Maybe we use a hybrid skill system, and put a no-grinding clause in the EULA.

I really don't see how powerleveling/grinding is a concern. This would supplement, not replace the current system. It could be setup so that active input wold be required. SP credit for killing with a given weapon, or one SP per unit of related ...
