there are alot of 1 member corps out there, wether they are sleeper corps or just solo players, I think there should be a system in place like the labs or a skill that allows u to rent so many offices and you have to be active for so and so a time...

I really dont see how it would be a exploit, even if people did start to produce these ships and load outs in advance there would only be a limited quantity availible, eventually they will run out, so who cares

The Stain Alliance is just a shadow of its former glory in my opinion. There are a few corps out there whose presence makes a difference but sadly there is a CA ship in DSS daily and latly there have been ships as far in as G-ME2k. As a remededy ...
