My Cheetah has 505m/s base speed in my current setup. 2km/s with MWD.. no problem. I terrible lag CPU though in that ship, with skill at lvl 4, so a Cheetah would need it at 5 to kit any senseable medslot outfit. Combat in a CovertOps is just a b...

Heya :9 About the refining, you would need Refining 5, Refining Eff 5 to start with. Then you should get yourself the Scrap Metal Processing skill, which helps cutting waiste while recycling loot. Also you would be better saving for a BPO, since...

Unless the CEO resigns on his own you can not vote a CEO out. Even with a finished vote, the current CEO needs to confirm that vote. No chance to vote anyone out of his CEO position if he is not wanting it.
