What IS the security standing loss in .4 and below systems? I'm not saying all low sec should be like this... IF you decide to pirate you make a concious decision to screw you're sec status over for hopefully some juicey mods and other rewards....

Errr who does like pirates? They should have more risk than simply waiting at gates / setting up bubbles and waiting. Why not have some bounty hunters in game? I'm asking for a discussion of the idea not just random comments

Yes it should be relative. If your going 2000m per sec and you have a can snagged it should come to you +500 should it not? Like I said minor gripe...just bugged me a lil thats all :)

I have a cunning idea.... Don't know if it has been suggested before...well i have not seen it if it has. How about having NPC miners that mine only in .7 and above. Not loads of them...just a few per system. This would have a two fold affect. ...
