1. Cant install EvE Online - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Solved it. One of the files that where downloaded where corrupted. I downloaded the files on different pc and from there i put them on the pc where i wanted to play EvE, and then installed it with no problems. This topic can be closed.

I also had this. I also attacked someone at station, but i couldnt MWD towards him. I wasnt scrambled in any way, cause the person docked but i still couldnt use the mwd. (no rats at the station that could scramble me)

Works fine for me. You dont have to remove your implants. Quote: Attributes can be set at values anywhere from 5 to 15 from a dev blog. Maybe this is your problem that some attributes have values below 5
