I've seen waay worse (practically all danish isp's), although at those "extreme" speeds, I'd recommend considering Fiber, since it's """"""about"""""" the same price, and has much better upload speed (omg, pirating speed ftw)

To be honest, it stinks of a 'profitable' remake from the WC3 TD maps, I'd stick with WC3 if I was you, since it's many game types in one game (sort of).
