I'll look into the Tengu, but its a bit scary in general since cruiser 5 and the sub systems take so long to train (i can use that same time training the skills id need for a raven!). I dont have alot of people i can do level 4's with consistently...

Pretty excited. While the Tengu sounds nice, part of me is drawn towards the Raven, knowing I can then hop up to a Caldari Navy Issue and eventually towards a Golem. The Tengu seems to be the end of the line in that route.
