This char is a pure PvP toon no spreaded wasted SP like others, its strictly minmatar and no crap indy skills. Its 5 days away from a dread and 40days away from a carrier, can almost use capital guns as well...Can almost fully T2 BS's as it has BS...

Not exactly 25mill sp, but can fly a dread in 5 days and isnt to far from Capital guns. It hasnt wasted any SP into other races or crap indy skills. Its a pure PvP toon and for a budget like yours you could save yourself alot of money and still go...
