With Nav 4 and Acceleration Control 4 on my Crow with a 1 mn mwd II, I was able to orbit about both 500m and 5000m of a Raven (user has caldari bs level 4) and evade both cruise missles and torps. Cruise missles got close, but took awhile. Torps ...
