I imagine this has been suggested before: Define moons resources generically according to its rarity. Any mineral can be harvested from a moon if that mineral's rarity is less than or equal to the rarity classification of the moon.

If I've done my math right, 20 fighter bombers from a super carrier do about 5 times the amount of damage of a Dread in Siege. So 20 Super Carriers have the dps of 100 Dreads. The simple fix is to cut fighter bomber dps in half.
