Thats nothing new Zuquar. Protip: The "REAL" reinforced timer of an Ihub shows up after the first downtime after the reinforcement. So its not really someone from CCP messing around with it, its more like the Downtime gives it a 2nd random factor...

Against Guristas you have to tank Therm / Kin only. Angels require extra explo resis which makes it harder. PS: Fit ECCM, sometimes those Gurista Nullifiers can be very nasty.
