Is this rat bugged ? running a lvl 2 mission and one is indistructable whenever i get him to 0-10% armor he heals himself back in a millisecond to 90-100 % armor what to do ? chancle the mission ?

my limited knowlege (im realy new to NPC trading) i did some NPC runs when im in wow raiding and i find good deals even at 23¦¦ ingametime 1mil/jump in highsec is possible in my Iteron III but not common avarage is like 200k per jump
