His title makes me think he wants modules... You can build modules anywhere, but you must have the skill that is required... Check the manufacturing skills on the module. I know CAR is at least level 1 Capital Ship Construction.

Check your corp standing - transaction logs... right click on the standing and show transactions from the corporation interface. Also you should check your compositions, it will show you who is contributing standing to the faction.
