Nevermind, I got it by clicking randomize and then re customizing in-game

i get to the character appearance area and make him look the way i want, goto the portrait part and do same and click finalize. after that the click ok buttons come up, when i click ok nothing happens, please help

Im just now logging in for the first time in over 2 years, when i go through the character custom process i get all the way to finalize in the portrait part and when i click it it says this is how other people will see you, i click ok and nothing ...
