Most WoW raid leaders also dont have the vast PvP politics of eve. I've seen FC's popped by their own for being douche bags. Quality leadership has more bonuses to it than just victory.

I hate to give it to a Gallente ship, but in my opinion I'd say the number one best looking ship in eve is the Megathron. The Rokh , Armageddon, and Rifter win the runner up spots for their respective races.

I try to be constructive in some ones fitting idea instead of telling them to fly something else, but you should understand that the Cavalry Raven doesn't work and hasn't for a while. The fit you described is a more or less sub par Torpedo Raven...
