I hate to give it to a Gallente ship, but in my opinion I'd say the number one best looking ship in eve is the Megathron.
The Rokh , Armageddon, and Rifter win the runner up spots for their respective races.

All of the Gallente T2 ships made by Roden Shipyards are hot-pink - its their trademark paintjob.
