You might also consider some marketing skills for that toon. Remote purchase's, tax benefits, buy orders, etc. Covert Hauler? for lowsec bargains. Jump freighter skills for future events? Lol... I know none of this helps your "speedy transfer"....

Something I like to stress is: Sitting in the ship is not the same as flying it well. Be prepared that after you can sit it, you may have easily another 90 days of training to be "average". Add 2 or 3 of those 50 day skills and you're easily hitt...
