Love the idea of removing "teirs" from the game. On that note, how about a Minmatar BC that uses solely missiles and an armour tank? 8 highs, 5-6 missile slots, 2-3 turret slots (preferably 6-2) 3 meds 6 lows 5% launcher RoF & 10% missile velocity...
