Here is my suggestion... Move to Empire low sec space on the edge of 0.0, so your main base is in an empire system with like 5 stations. These .1 .2 .3 empire systems are the bridge to the .5 systems and 0.0... Also you can put a POS in .1 .2 ....

Apparently t2 laser crystals are going to do explosive damage, so then the amarr will do better as when shields are down, you can switch to explosive damage versus armor, supposedly, maybe, kinda!
